Important: We do not store your CV data or job application information. This data is only temporarily processed and then immediately deleted after the service has been provided.

We process your data solely for the purpose of providing the ApplyMate service to you. The legal basis for this processing is contractual necessity - the processing is required to fulfill our service to you.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processing

Your CV data is processed using artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI on EU-based servers. We do not share your data with any other third parties. The processing by OpenAI is temporary, and data is not retained after processing.

6. Data Security

As we do not store your data beyond the immediate processing needed to provide the service, the risk of data breaches is minimized. All data transfer to OpenAI occurs over encrypted connections.
